An Eye Full: Optometrist charged with luring patient into office to watch him masturbate (Video)

From Orion Township, Michigan:

Dr. Robert Emmett Deck III, 48, was arraigned on October 2 after an incident involving a 33-year-old woman who turned over evidence to authorities back in August. He is an Oxford resident. According to the victim, the optometrist lured the patient to his office after she put her new contacts in so she could witness him masturbating. According to the Sheriff's Department, the victim suspected something suspicious and recorded the incident with her iPhone.
